Our Wedding Day Coordination service ensures your special day runs seamlessly, from timeline management to handling any unexpected challenges. This is perfect for couples who have completed their wedding planning but need a professional to oversee the execution, so they can relax and fully enjoy the celebration.

How We Start

📌 Upon booking, we create a WhatsApp group where you can consult us for free advice, share updates, and discuss any planning challenges.

📌 Two months before the wedding, we send a Google form to gather key details, including vendor information, auspicious times, and finalized plans.

📌 Below  Agenda’s will be created and shared with vendor by us ;

Our Service Availability

Our standard package includes 10 hours of service per event, with timing customized to suit your event agenda.
– Morning Weddings: 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM
– Evening Weddings: 12:30 PM – 10:30 PM
For evening weddings, a senior assistant can remain on-site until 12:00 AM if required.
Additional hours are available upon request at Rs. 2,000 per hour.
Final hotel meeting will be attended in person; all other supplier coordination will be done via phone calls or WhatsApp.

When to book and start planning ?

To ensure a smooth and stress-free wedding planning process, it’s important to follow these timelines:

Full Wedding Planning – Book 12-18 months in advance; start planning immediately.
Partial Wedding Planning – Book 6-9 months in advance; start after key bookings are made.
Day-of Coordination – Book 3-6 months in advance; start detailed planning 4-6 weeks before the wedding.
Destination Wedding – Book 12-16 months in advance; start planning immediately.

Booking Confirmation:

 First, check the availability of your preferred wedding date. To secure your booking, a 50% advance of the service fee is required.

Since we only accept one booking per date, we recommend securing your date as early as possible to ensure availability and avoid disappointment.
