How We Start

We begin by creating a detailed estimated budget and searching for the perfect venues based on your needs. Once the venue is secured, we’ll source vendors and finalize the designs, concept, and plan for the rest of your wedding. Your arrival in Sri Lanka can be as minimal as 3-4 weeks prior to your wedding day. All communication will be handled via a WhatsApp group, with catch-up calls on Google Meet or Zoom to keep everything on track.

When to book and start planning ?

To ensure a smooth and stress-free wedding planning process, it’s important to follow these timelines:

Full Wedding Planning – Book 12-18 months in advance; start planning immediately.
Partial Wedding Planning – Book 6-9 months in advance; start after key bookings are made.
Day-of Coordination – Book 3-6 months in advance; start detailed planning 4-6 weeks before the wedding.
Destination Wedding – Book 12-16 months in advance; start planning immediately.

Booking Confirmation:

 First, check the availability of your preferred wedding date. To secure your booking, a 50% advance of the service fee is required.

Since we only accept one booking per date, we recommend securing your date as early as possible to ensure availability and avoid disappointment.
