Partial Planning service is designed for couples who have already selected their key vendors (Venue, MUA, Florist, Photographer, and Videographer) but need professional guidance to complete the remaining planning and ensure smooth execution. This package also includes wedding day coordination to guarantee a flawless event.

How We Start

Since you’ve already made key vendor decisions, we begin with a briefing session to understand what has been done so far. From there, we list out the remaining tasks, source additional vendors, and continue the planning process.

📌 Note: Unlike full planning, we do not create a budget plan, as you’ve already made major financial decisions. However, we will track payments and provide cost-saving advice if applicable. Once an advance payment is received, we create a WhatsApp group for seamless communication.

When to book and start planning ?

To ensure a smooth and stress-free wedding planning process, it’s important to follow these timelines:

Full Wedding Planning – Book 12-18 months in advance; start planning immediately.
Partial Wedding Planning – Book 6-9 months in advance; start after key bookings are made.
Day-of Coordination – Book 3-6 months in advance; start detailed planning 4-6 weeks before the wedding.
Destination Wedding – Book 12-16 months in advance; start planning immediately.

Booking Confirmation:

 First, check the availability of your preferred wedding date. To secure your booking, a 50% advance of the service fee is required.

Since we only accept one booking per date, we recommend securing your date as early as possible to ensure availability and avoid disappointment.
